OFF-CAR DPF and CAT cleaning: Our DPF and CAT deep-cleaning service recovers your unit without replacement, and units are returned to you ready to fit back on the vehicle. Off-car cleaning requires you to remove and re-fit the unit. These services are carried out at our Sussex headquarters, and our price includes 2-way courier collection and delivery.In extreme cases where our testing shows the unit is damaged and beyond the scope of cleaning, we will offer to source a replacement part to ship to you by express.

ON-CAR DPF CLEANING (mobile service): DPFs can be cleaned on-car if the engine still runs, even if it has gone into limp mode. In addition to off-car cleaning, we operate a nationwide fleet of mobile DPF cleaning units who can usually arrive within 24-hours or less.Go to our booking page here
