Shipping policy

Physical items for purchase are normally shipped within 2 working days of payment being received. In the case of off-car cleaning services we will normally complete cleaning and despatch your item back to you within 2 working days of our receiving the item from you. In the case of mobile cleaning services we will arrange a day/time with you on booking - should there be a problem that renders us unable to meet this, we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity and arrange a fresh booking. You will have the right to cancel if we cannot meet the agreed day and time. If there is any delay to these times we will attempt to contact you and update you with the expected despatch date. Should you wish to cancel after this point we will refund your payment including any shipping.
